Irene Fevens

Irene Fevens was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and loved the old, historical city where she grew up and fell in love with the sea and all its sites, sounds and smell. She was a voracious reader, even at a young age, and began writing fiction at the age of 14; her first inspiration coming from her eighth grade English class. She lives in a rural area of Quebec with her husband and children, and besides spending time writing fiction, Irene has acquired a degree in Modern Languages and teaches English as a second language at a local community college.
