Olivia Tapiero is a writer, musician, and translator. Her recent books include Phototaxis (2021), Nothing at all (2025), Un carré de poussière (2025), and Kaddish des mouches (2026). Her work has been awarded the Prix Robert-Cliche and the Prix Spirale Eva-Le-Grand and was shortlisted at the Lambda Literary Awards and Governor General’s Literary Awards. She has translated works by Roxane Gay, Anne Boyer, Billy-Ray Belcourt, and Eli Tareq El Bechelany-Lynch. Her practice has circulated in contexts such as The Poetry Project (New York), the Villa Medici (Rome), Festival Parallèle (Marseille), Poetic Bazar (Brussels), and Festival TransAmériques (Montreal).
