Tommy Schnurmacher was educated at McGill and Carleton universities. A columnist for the Montreal Gazette since 1978, Schnurmacher was also the host of a popular daily political talk show on CJAD 800 radio in Montreal. He teaches a memoir writing course to Canadian and American students via Zoom.
