Georges Leroux is a professor emeritus in the Department of Philosophy at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). He was a finalist for the Governor General’s Literary Award for Nonfiction French Language Category (2008) and the winner Grand Prix du Livre de Montreal (2007) for his book Partita pour Glenn Gould.
