Day’s Lee was born and raised in Montreal, Canada. Her desire to be a writer began in elementary school and led her to study journalism at Concordia University. As a freelance writer, she published articles in local and national magazines. Her first book, a children’s picture book entitled The Fragrant Garden was published by Napoleon Publishing in 2005.
