Bernadette Griffin is a musician, singer and conductor. Alongside her husband, she founded the Donovan Chorale, and later the Chanteurs d’Orphée de Montréal.
In 1985, Bernadette completed a B.A. in Languages and Translation at Concordia University. Since 1990, she has worked as a freelance translator, specializing in the medical field. In recent years, she has published several essays, feature articles and poems. In 2007, Bernadette published her first book, a fictionalized memoir of her growing-up years in Quebec City. In 2013, she published her first novel.
Bernadette and her husband live in Montreal and summer in the Kingston Peninsula, New Brunswick.
