Montreal artist and children’s book author Sandra Dumais likes to write stories about strong friendship, colourful communities, and silly animals. She has a busy schedule facilitating visits to schools and libraries, where she makes zines, comics and maps with kids of all ages. In her free time, she paints, reads, and walks around with her polka-dot rescue dog, Indy.
