Natalie Doonan

Natalie Doonan is an artist, writer, and educator who specializes in food and the senses. Her writing has appeared in professional and peer reviewed publications such as Gastronomica, Canadian Food Studies, Performance Research, Global Performance Studies, Canadian Theatre Review, Theatre Research in Canada, Public Art Dialogue, and The Senses and Society. She serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Communication at the Université de Montréal.
