David C.C. Bourgeois is a writer of fiction and drama. Though raised in Ontario, David inherited an attachment to the Cape Breton seacoast, a subject he explores in Full Fadom Five, his debut novel. He now lives with his wife in Montreal, where he writes fiction and drama about the strange and unaccountable bonds people have to times, places, and people who are not exactly foreign to them, nor entirely familiar.
