A proud resident of Montréal, Debbie Blythe has been fascinated by languages, words, and communication for as long as she can remember. While she has also studied Spanish and German, her first love is French. She completed a Master’s Degree in French literature from the University of British Columbia before doing a Master’s Degree in translation at Université de Montréal. A freelance translator for over 20 years, she serves a wide range of clients, while at the same time teaching advanced French-English translation, literary translation, and writing techniques for translators at McGill University.rnrn
