Robert Armstrong is president of Communications Médias Inc. in Montreal. He published Structure and Change: An Economic History of Quebec, Gage Publishing in 1984, and a second edition of Broadcasting Policy in Canada, University of Toronto Press, in 2016. His book La télévision au Québec : Miroir d’une société was published in 2019 by les PUL.
