Two Trails Narrow

Two Trails Narrow follows the lives of Ryman McGregor and Abraham Scott—two Algonquin half-breeds—and Belle O’Hara and Brenda Parker. They first meet as young men and women after Ryman and Abraham escape from St. Xavier’s Residential School outside Spaniards Bay on Lake Ontario. Then all four of these remarkable characters reunite years later as corporals and lieutenants in one of the best Canadian military units in Europe in World War II.
