Robert Markland Smith

Robert Markland Smith is a translator and writer from Montreal. Some of his poems have been translated into Chinese and appear in the Chinese Poetry International Quarterly and a Hong Kong anthology. He has also published poetry and fiction in Retort Magazine (Australia), Nth Position Online Magazine (England), Perforations Magazine (Smyrna, Georgia), as well as appearing in getunderground.com and other US magazines. He also illustrated some of his books and has published material in French in Cité Calonne and Liesse magazines. He appeared in a movie by Donigan Cumming called The Monument and another movie by Michel Lamothe called John Max a Portrait.
