Karen Rooney
Karen Rooney is the author of “Me and My Two Sons,” an inspirational memoir about raising two children with rare and debilitating illnesses.
Rooney co-founded the “Heart of Life Fund” at the Montreal Children’s Hospital and has helped raise over $800,000 to benefit cardiology patients. She began attending Concordia University in the 1980’s and hopes to graduate sometime before her oldest son. She lives in Knowlton, Quebec, with her husband and two sons.
