Neil Smith is the author of the novel Boo, which is being published in seven languages and won the Paragraphe Hugh MacLennan Prize. He also wrote the story collection Bang Crunch, which won the QWF’s McAuslan First Book Prize. Three of the stories were nominated for the Journey Prize. In addition, Neil translated Geneviève Pettersen’s debut novel, whose English title is The Goddess of Fireflies.
