Ami Sands Brodoff
Ami Sands Brodoff is an award-winning fiction and features writer. Her short stories have appeared in literary journals, such as TriQuarterly, Confrontation, Quarterly West, and Denver Quarterly, among others. She was awarded The River City Fellowship in fiction and was nominated for a Puschart Prize. She has been a fellow at Yaddo, The Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, The Ragdale Foundation, The David and Julia White Artists’ Foundation and the St. James Cavalier Center for the Arts in Valetta, Malta. Brodoff is on the Executive Board of the Quebec Writers’ Federation and frequently teaches creative writing courses through QWF and through the Writers in CEGEP Program. Brodoff grew up in New York and New Jersey and now makes her home in Montreal with her husband and children.
