Robert Johnson was born in 1951 and grew up in Montreal. A graduate of Acadia University, with a Master’s in Cinema from the University of Southern California, he spent several years in Hollywood before settling in Spain. He now divides his time between Montreal and Barcelona with his Spanish wife, Alicia, and their two daughters, Julia and Sandra.
