John Goddard
As a reporter and photographer for Canadian Press, John Goddard covered the transition to black majoroty rule in Zimbabwe, reported on the American hostage crisis from Tehran, and in1982 became the agency’s first correspondent in the Canadian North. He has written for magazines since 1984, contributing ot Saturday Night, Harrowsmith, and Equinox, winning two National Magazinee Awards and a fellowship from the Asia Pacific Foundation. He lives in Montreal.
