Timothy S. Boucher is descended from French-Canadians who emigrated to New England in the middle to late 1800’s to work in the textile mills there. Born in Massachusetts, he immigrated back to Quebec in 2011, where he works as a consultant for tech platforms on content policy, blockchain, and disinformation.
