Donald MacKay
Montreal historian Donald MacKay is the author of several books, and is generally considered one of Canada’s leading non-fiction writers. He recieved the QSPELL award in 1991 for the book Flight from Famine, and has twice been short-listed for the Governor Generals Award. Born and raised in Nova Scotia, he now lives in Montreal.
